Solar Mounting System Project Acceptance

I. Basis for Acceptance

II. Document Review

1. Foundation Inspection

3. Connection Quality Inspection
Make sure all bolts are tight. Bolt tightness can be check with a pick method, sample size usually not less than 10% of all. For weld joints, look at the welds to make sure they look same and have no cracks.

4. Verticality and Levelness Inspection
Column straight up wrong no more than 0.2%. Beam flat wrong no more than 0.3%.

5. Corrosion Protection Inspection
Look at the galvanized coat on bracket sides to make sure it is good. Any scratch or hurt from put-in should be fixed. No rust sign should be seen.

IV. Functional Inspection

Make sure the bracket system is all steady. When you shake one column with hand, it should not wobble much. The bracket and base join must be tight, no spaces.
