Exten Renewable Energy unlocks a 10MW waterproof carport mounting system project for Toyota that located in Guangzhou

Recently, the waterproof carport mounting system project landed in Nansha, Guangzhou, with a total installed capacity of 10MW, covering an area of 100000 square meters, and an expected annual power generation of 14.6 million kWh after grid connection. This project perfectly combines parking lots with photovoltaic power generation, not only solving the problem of shading and blocking rain to protect vehicles from the scorching sun, but also generating electricity for self use and grid connection.

In the early stage of project construction, in order to better meet the requirements of "electricity generation on top and parking on the bottom" for photovoltaic carports, engineers from Exten conducted in-depth field investigations and tensile tests. Based on the local actual situation, climate, and ground environment, and after multiple communications with customers and professional advice from technical personnel, customized solutions for BIPV waterproof photovoltaic brackets for carports were provided.
